Studies in Third John

The Third Letter of John is a very short letter. The style is like many personal letters that have survived from that era. The entire letter would fit on a single sheet of ancient papyrus. It divides into three main sections, each dealing with issues illistrated by the examples of three specific men; Gaius, Diotrephes, and Demetrius.

Study #1. “The Good Example of Gaius” (3 John 1-8)
Study #2. “Imitate What is Good” (3 John 9-11)
Study #3 “Recognizing a Good Example” (3 John 11-14)
