The Third Letter of John is a very short letter. The style is like many personal letters that have survived from that era. The entire letter would fit on a single sheet of ancient papyrus. It divides into three main sections, each dealing with issues illistrated by the examples of three specific men; Gaius, Diotrephes, and Demetrius.
